🧭 Why You May Not Be Able to Pull a Realtor Report

Updated this week

Sometimes you might try to generate a realtor report and find that the option isn’t available for a specific county. Don’t worry — this usually isn’t an error on your end! Here’s why it can happen and what it means.

📌 Missing Data for That County

Realtor reports rely on specific data behind the scenes. If we can’t pull a report for a certain county, it’s typically because we don’t yet have the necessary information for that area in our system.

Two types of data are required:

1. Comp Table Records

The Comp table holds comparable property data used to generate insights.
If a county isn’t represented here, we won’t have the comps needed to build a report.

2. Region Table Records

The Region table defines which counties are serviced by participating agents.
If a county isn’t listed, we can’t confirm agent coverage — so a report can’t be created.

If either of these is missing, the system won’t be able to generate a realtor report for that county.

đŸ—ș What This Means for You

If you can’t pull a report, it most likely means the county’s data hasn’t been added yet. We’re always working to expand coverage, and missing counties are often added over time as more data becomes available.
