Sometimes you might try to generate a realtor report and find that the option isnât available for a specific county. Donât worry â this usually isnât an error on your end! Hereâs why it can happen and what it means.
đ Missing Data for That County
Realtor reports rely on specific data behind the scenes. If we canât pull a report for a certain county, itâs typically because we donât yet have the necessary information for that area in our system.
Two types of data are required:
1. Comp Table Records
The Comp table holds comparable property data used to generate insights.
If a county isnât represented here, we wonât have the comps needed to build a report.
2. Region Table Records
The Region table defines which counties are serviced by participating agents.
If a county isnât listed, we canât confirm agent coverage â so a report canât be created.
If either of these is missing, the system wonât be able to generate a realtor report for that county.
đșïž What This Means for You
If you canât pull a report, it most likely means the countyâs data hasnât been added yet. Weâre always working to expand coverage, and missing counties are often added over time as more data becomes available.
