How to View and Reuse Filters from a Previous Export

Overview

We’ve added a new enhancement to the Data Platform that makes it easier to review and reuse filters from previous exports.

Previously, exported data only had a Download button. Now, you can also view the exact filters used for an export and quickly apply those same filters again.

This is helpful when you want to understand how a previous export was created or recreate a similar export without manually rebuilding the filters.

Where to Find This Feature

Go to your previously exported data in the Data Platform.

You’ll now see a new option called:

Show Filters Used in This Export

How to View Filters from a Previous Export

  1. Open the Data Platform.

  2. Navigate to your list of previous exports.

  3. Find the export you want to review.

  4. Click Show Filters Used in This Export.

  5. A filter summary will appear showing the criteria used for that export.

This may include details such as:

  • Counties selected

  • Acreage filters

  • Whether properties were inside or outside city limits

  • Excluded keywords

  • Other filter criteria used in the export

How to Reuse Filters from a Previous Export

After opening the filter details for an export, you can reuse those same filters.

  1. Click Show Filters Used in This Export on the export you want to review.

  2. Review the filters that were used.

  3. Click Use These Filters Again.

  4. The platform will automatically apply those filters for you.

From there, you can run a new search or make adjustments before exporting again.

Why This Is Useful

This feature helps you:

  • Quickly understand how a previous export was created

  • Recreate past searches more easily

  • Save time by avoiding manual filter setup

  • Compare different exports and their criteria

  • Reuse successful filter combinations
