Better Access to Saved Filters

Updated over a week ago

Saved Filters allow you to reuse proven parcel search criteria across counties without rebuilding filters every time. Saved Filters are now directly accessible inside the Filter & Export Parcels panel, so you can stay on the map and move from research to export faster.

This improvement reduces clicks, speeds up market research, and keeps your criteria consistent as you scale.

What’s New?

Previously, accessing Saved Filters required leaving the map and navigating through the main menu. Now, you can:

  • Open and apply Saved Filters directly from the Filter Parcels panel

  • Instantly load saved criteria into your current map view

  • Save new or updated filters during parcel export

  • Clear filters and apply another saved filter without restarting

No new tools to learn—just fewer steps between search and export.

Accessing Saved Filters from the Filter Parcels Panel

You can now open Saved Filters without leaving the data map.

  1. Open the Filter Parcels panel

  2. Scroll to the bottom

  3. Click Open Saved Filters

Once opened, selecting a saved filter will instantly load that criteria into your current map view.

Viewing & Applying a Saved Filter

After clicking Open Saved Filters, you’ll see a list of your saved filters with a preview of the criteria included (acres, owner type, exclusions, and more).

Clicking a saved filter will:

  • Apply all filters and scrub criteria

  • Update the map automatically

  • Show a Clear Filter option so you can switch filters easily

Saving a Filter During Parcel Export

You can save filters while exporting parcels—no extra steps required.

  1. Apply your desired filters and scrubs

  2. Click Filter Parcels

  3. Review the filtered parcel list

  4. Click Save Filter before purchasing

Naming & Creating a Saved Filter

After clicking Save Filter, you’ll be prompted to name your filter.

Best practice:
Use names that match your SOP, such as:

  • 5–20 Acres | Out of State | 5+ Years Owned

  • Rural Florida – No HOA – Cash Buyers

Click Create, and the filter will be available for reuse across any county.

Alternate Access: Saved Filters from the Main Menu

Saved Filters are still available from the main menu if you prefer that workflow.

Go to:
Menu → Data Platform → Saved Filters

Why This Matters

Using Saved Filters helps you:

  • Move from research to export with fewer clicks

  • Find target parcels faster

  • Reuse proven criteria across counties

  • Switch markets without rebuilding filters and scrubs

  • Keep parcel research organized as your business grows

This update removes friction so you can focus on finding deals—not rebuilding searches.

Best Practices

  • Save filters you use repeatedly

  • Name filters are clearly based on your buying criteria

  • Reuse the same filters when testing new markets

  • Update and resave filters as your strategy evolves
