➕ Adding Your First Listing
To use DealFlow, you must first add a listing.
Steps:
Click “Add Your First Zillow Listing Now”
Enter your Zillow listing URL
❗ Currently, only Zillow listings are supported (no Redfin yet)
Fill out the financial details:

Price Advantage – How competitive your price is vs. local comps
Expected Profit – Based on your deal inputs

This shows how your price per acre compares to similar listings in the same county.
Example:
If 9 out of 16 comps are priced higher than you, your pricing is considered average
