How to stay organized and not lose track of your marketing campaigns

Step 1 – Save a Market from Market Research

Find a high demand county using the Market Research tool in Land Insights.

Right-click on the county you would like to save and add it to Saved Markets.


Step 2 – Open Marketing Kanbam Board From the Menu


Step 3 – Find your Saved Market in Backlog

Your saved market from the market research tool will be automatically saved in the backlog of your Kanban Board.


Step 4 – Take Notes

Take notes to stay organized by clicking on the county in the Kanban Board.

Make sure to add a link to your google sheet of your exported data and priced offers so you don't lose it.

Take notes on when you sent marketing so that you know when it's time to send more marketing to this county.


Step 5 – Drag Your Market Accordingly When Ready

When your marketing is prepared and you are waiting for your mail to be shipped, drag your market to "Prepared" so that you stay organized.

Once your marketing has been sent, drag your market to "Sent"
