Seeing a “Choose a Plan” Page When Logging In

If you log in to LandInsights and are unexpectedly asked to choose a plan, even though you already have an active subscription, it usually means you logged into a different account than the one associated with your active plan.

This happens when the login email you used does not match the email address that originally purchased or activated the plan.

The good news: this is easy to fix. ✅


Why This Happens

LandInsights accounts are tied to the specific email address used during signup.

If you accidentally log in using:

  • A different email address

  • A Google login tied to another email

  • A work vs. personal email

You may enter an account that exists but does not have an active subscription, which is why the system shows the plan selection page.


How to Fix It

Follow these steps to access the correct account:

1. Log Out of the Current Account

Use the logout link below to exit the account without the active plan:

This will immediately log you out and redirect you back to the login page.


2. Log In With the Correct Email

On the login page, sign in using the email address that was originally used to create the LandInsights account with the active plan.

Once you log in with the correct email, you should regain access to your account and subscription. 🚀

  • Your purchase receipt

  • The email inbox where you receive LandInsights notifications

  • Any previous login confirmations
